Throughout my degree, I have continued to focus on nature as the basis of my interest and am now seeking to compare and challenge art and design concepts. I decided to work on bringing the outside in, making a series of terrariums in various sizes that I could use for reference in the studio and which could be viewed as artworks themselves. Initially, I developed drawings and cut outs on paper by hand. My practice has focused on the Arts and Crafts Movement by hand creating a series of negative and positive patterns. By creating stencils on Photoshop and Illustrator, these were then processed to laser cut pieces.
